Currently only available on iOS and Windows platforms, Slender: The Arrival is to make its console debut and will release sometime in the first quarter of 2014.
The Arrival is the sequel to the 2012 indie hit; Slender: The Eight Pages, in which players had to navigate a wooded area to find a total of eight pages, all whilst being stalked by Slender Man himself - an internet meme that started in 2009.
The game will feature two exclusive levels specifically designed for the release, although this content will be available to the original release shortly after the console release.

The first Slender Man game was more boring than scary I thought, but I can see why many would be disheartened, especially with the characters back story and so forth.
