A trailer has been released showcasing what players can expect in Rambo: The Video Game - some of the footage is from the video released earlier in June, and whilst the game was originally slated for a 2013 release, it will be now out sometime during 2014, with no specific date mentioned.
The game will combine all three of the Rambo films - First Blood, Rambo: First Blood Part II, and Rambo III. Each of the films are a staple in the action genre, hopefully the game will meet the same standards.
The video shows hand-to-hand combat, various guns including the iconic M60 Machine Gun and Crossbow - lots of enemies will give players much to shoot at, all whilst being given a front row seat to gallons of blood, explosives, and so forth. We also see Rambo utilize mounted-guns from both ground and air vehicles.
Teyon are responsible for the development, with most of their library consisting of Nintendo handhelds, Rambo: The Video Game will definitely be interesting to see how it turns out. The game will release on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC sometime in 2014.
Pre-order bonuses include a mini figurine of Rambo himself - either holding a rocket launcher or the M60 machine gun. Check out the new gameplay video below.
