KOEI Europe today released a 30 second trailer showcasing the game's frantic and very gruesome gameplay.
We see antagonist Yaiba completely obliterate his enemies using brutal attacks, one of those including the "Spinal Zap", which literally electrocutes an opponent via the spine, resulting in a quick and very painful death.
The gameplay seen indicates players will be able to pull off plenty of moves, resulting in score multipliers which in turn reward you with massive scores. The game has no specific release date, but will make its way to shelves Q2 2014.. See Yaiba in action below.
Hopefully it will not suck! I love the NG series, but modern gaming is getting easy. I hope NG is not affected. I still need to pick up NG3 and NG3RE.
